Studying that feels like playing.
Paste your study set once. Then play it as a tower defense game, a third-person shooter, a block-building world, an island survival race or a hand of Hold'em. The cards you miss keep coming back until you know them.
Margin Siege
Bio Unit 3: The Cell

Margin Siege, running on a set called "Bio Unit 3: The Cell." Every question on the right comes from that set.
How it works
Three steps, and the second one is the fun part.
Mitochondria - Makes ATP Ribosome - Builds proteins Nucleus - Holds the cell's DNA
Paste your set
Copy it out of Quizlet, a Google Doc or your notes. AdaptED splits it into cards.

Misses come back
Every answer is saved. Cards you get wrong come up more often, in every game, until you know them.
Six games, one set
Every one of them asks questions from the set you paste in.
The cards you miss don't get to hide.
Miss "Lysosome" in Margin Siege and it marches back next wave behind a shield only the right answer breaks. Miss it in Studyfront and it comes back before your next round. Flashcards and quizzes work the same way.
Your dashboard keeps a running list, so a two-minute review hits exactly what you don't know yet.

Mind Maps
Turn any set into a map: terms branch off the topic, definitions hide until you reveal them. Or start from a blank page and build your own with timelines, tables and charts.

Why I'm building this
I've felt the anxiety and boredom that regular studying can bring. I've spent hours on Quizlet flashcards and still not remembered the material when the test came.
I've also spent a lot of class time on Gimkit, bored after 15 minutes of the same repetitive game, or one that was mostly drilling. And the questions were rarely about what I actually needed to study.
AdaptED is my fix for that: a bunch of games that are actually fun, all running on the material you're being tested on.
